Yes. There is just one Test To Go application and it works in the same way whether for individuals or in business settings. Businesses have added functionality to enable testing of all their employees together in one application.

As part of the test reading process data is captured and transferred via a secure link to secure cloud data storage. Cloud storage meets all Information Governance standards including ISO 27001.
The law requires that all COVID-19 test results are notified to Public Health England (PHE). We do this for you, providing PHE only the data about you the law requires. Specifically, your name, date of birth, postcode and test result.
Any test line appearing on an antigen lateral flow test cassette indicates a positive result. If a person has very little coronavirus in their sample the test line could be very faint and so difficult to see, yet you could still be positive for COVID-19.
In controlled tests, the app has been shown to read very faint test lines on the cassette. Lines that would be very difficult or impossible for you to see with the naked eye. In fact, the app can see fine detail with 1.6 to 3 times greater accuracy than that of the average person.
Simply put, the Test To Go app takes the guesswork and subjectivity out of reading your antigen test result giving you greater certainty in your COVID-19 infection status.
At present, Test To Go is used in conjunction with Excalibur COVID-19 Tests. The ability to read lateral flow tests from other test providers is likely to be a feature of future app updates.
